Undergraduate Studies
In my four-year journey at Winthrop University, I received my bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies with a concentration in Early Childhood.
2020-2026
Early Childhood Educator
After graduating, I became an early childhood teacher for children ranging from infancy to toddler age. During this time, I discovered my passion for curriculum and how I can help my students reach their learning milestones.
2023-2025
Digital Design CertificateÂ
While working as a teacher, I explored my creative skills by attending York Technical College’s Digital Arts program, where I earned a certificate in Digital Design. The program provided hands-on learning opportunities and foundational training in graphic design.
2026-2028
Graduate Studies
After learning the fundamentals of graphic design, I returned to the classroom because I missed working with students and developing curriculum. I then enrolled in the Learning Design and Technology program to combine my experience as an early childhood educator with my graphic design skills. My goal is to become a learning experience designer and create engaging, multimedia learning opportunities grounded in learning theory and supported by effective digital tools.
